ITS NOT GOING TO WORK, only in EDGE or GPRS.. It will work in 3G mode with: T-Mobile, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, WIND Mobile, Mobilicity, Videotron, VTR, Nextel, Optus, Vodafone AU, Vodafone NZ, Orange and Digitel... The description also said: BlackBerry OS 6.0, its imaginary.. It comes with OS 5.0, that's not a big deal I already installed the 6.0 in 30 minutes... They should describe carefuly the 3G thing because there are 2 versions available on Amazon and both are wrong... I bought mine from: UNLOCKED CELLPHONE KINGS...

Andrij R. Wojtowycz: 3G does not work on AT&T! I received a T-Mobile branded phone that only supports 2G (EDGE) on the AT&T network. When I asked to replace the phone for one that supports 3G on AT&T, I was told that I should have known in advance whether or not the phone would work on 3G before I bought it, and since I had opened the box to test it, I would not be allowed to return it for a replacement or refund! The description of the phone states that the supported HSPDA (3G) networks are 850, 1900, and 2100 (AT&T uses 1900, T-Mobile 2100), so a reasonable inference would be that 3G will work with AT&T, but it doesn't. It doesn't because when either AT&T or T-Mobile brand their phones, they disable 3G capability if the phone is used with the other carrier.

Carlos Contreras: I was pretty afraid of these product after reading previous reviews but decided to buy it anyways. I like it, I use it in ECUADOR and all features are supported, including 3G (I use it only in movistar). I like the looks of the phone and it feels much better than a BB 8520, the camera isn't great but it is good enough. I have used it for about a month now and have had no trouble. The only thing I don't like is the battery, The charge lasts for 1 day tops and that is once you have turned off the 3G, wi-fi, and bluetooth, with all those features ON I probably wouldn't be able to use the phone for more than 6-8 hours, even if you only use it to send text messages.

Julian Charles (Brooklyn, New York USA): I want to express my dissatisfaction with the product sold by one of Amazon's suppliers(SellPhoneshop)because it sold me a faulty Blackberry Bold 9000. The failures phone were: Display burned and battery charger working bad. After the reparation of those failures the equipment get new failures again and i contacted directly to the Blackberry technical support and they told me that the equipment can't be repaired.I do not know how I can get my money back and prevent to other Amazon's users about the quality of the Sellphoneshop products, in order they don't have similar experiences to mine.

Blackberry 9530 Storm Deal

JodyKay : I purchased the Unlocked Storm because the description led me to believe that the phone would have full functionality on the all GSM networks. Unfortunately that was not accurate. OEM did contact me regarding some of the issues with the phone but they took two to three days to reply to my emails and would not call me to trouble shoot or fully resolve my issues. Because I was trying to get the phone to work following very cryptic emails from their technical person, I missed the 30-day window to return the product or a refund. The phone is still not working properly with our wireless carrier. I would not purchase this phone believing it will work with AT&T.

 Natoya: I have purchased this instrument on amazon and was advised of the shipping date. After the deadline has passed for me to receive the product, I contacted the supplier who advised me that the product was not shipped due to a mixed up at their location and it will be done on the day that I contacted them. This was done. When the phone arrived, it could not turn on, and the face of the phone was lifted up. I was extremely upset, I contacted the supplier. The supplier asked me to return same. This instrument was faulty and supplier insisted that it is returned at my expense (he must be joking right) We finally agree that I would be refunded the amount paid for the phone and I would return the phone. I have return the product from July month end and it is over a month and I have not been refunded nor contacted by supplier.

Tarun Chachra "Tarun Chachra" (Hillsborough, NJ) : The Javelin is a EDGE/Wi-FI device...it does not have 3G capabilities. Technically you only need 3G if you want to be on the phone and receive/send emails at the same time when using your mobile connections...I personally have never needed that functionality. However, please note that if you are connected to WI-FI you are able to be on a telephone call and receive/send email etc over wi-fi....works perfectly.

First of all, I already own an iPod Touch so I'm familiar with the interface of the iPhone and I can tell you how frustrating it is to type on the screen! I wanted the full physical keyboard interface, and with the growing Blackberry app store it is quickly gaining ground on the iPhones flexibility. I find the trackball quick and I make less errors with it than on the touch interface. Of course, the touchscreen has its perks, but I find that I don't miss it here. I also wanted to avoid the iPhone's lackluster battery, and I'm happy I did because the Blackberry easily lasts a full day and the next without a charge.

Jean Carlos Carrasquel: For my big suprise, when I open the box and turn on the device I watch the operator logo of TELEFONICA MOVISTAR and the device is branded (printed) with operator logo TELFONICA MOVISTAR which appear between camera len and flash. Beyond that the accesories that come with the device (Home charger, USB data cable) are not original because there's not blackberry logo printed on. And more... some accesories are missing like carrying pouch and stereo headset.

Benilde V. De Roa: I was searching for a phone of slightly better caliber after having two 8520's. I chose the 9320 as I am a believer in reading reviews and saw it had a good track record. I was not disappointed. It keeps me organized and everything comes straight to my phone which is very convenient (and a bit annoying). Takes really good quality pictures (thanks to the flash) and has a very user friendly layout. I am definitely going to have to source a case as it is quite light weight as compared to a 8520 and is more prone to accidents. I like the look and it really serves its purpose. Good buy. Comes with a 2GB memory card though so beware of that. the head phones have good sound and it comes with the USB/charger, installation CD and instructions.

Joel colmenarez : I purchased this phone for a gift for my father. I like the phone. This is not IOS or Android or not even touch, but it is a blackberry and very nice blackberry. Probably it has the best battery among all blackberry phones. Very fast BB 7 OS and my father is using 3G in India (Vodafone) by this phone which is really really running fast. Phone itself is good looking, easy to handle, okay call quality, okay camera and has a costly feel. But I am disappointed with the display. It is a small display which is okay, but at the same time it is low resolution even for the smaller screen. I am taking one rating off for that.

Waltersog : I have never written a review of an electronic device on Amazon before, but I felt impelled to do so for this product as a Public Service Announcement. I've been a BlackBerry user for years, as I'm partial to opposable thumb typing on an actual keyboard. Sadly, I stopped using this phone after 2 days and reverted back to my tried and true BlackBerry Bold. The Curve 3G 9300 is noticeably lighter and smaller than the Bold and the battery life is a bit better, but the advantages stop there. The device looks and feels cheaply made. The screen cracked the first day I got the phone-- I have no idea how. I didn't drop it or bash it into a brick wall, although I was tempted. Half the screen turned purple after whatever nanoscopic impact caused the crack.

Robin Coxe (BOSTON, MA, US): Item ordered was well-packed and it arrived on time. I am very happy with my Blackberry Curve 9300. I love it. I did not encounter any problems whatsoever. Contacting the site (Worldwide Distributors) was fairly easy. I did not have to talk to a machine. I just wish all sites are just like Worldwide Distributors. I have started recommending it to my friends, especially those who are tied up with 2-year contracts with their service providers and find that those data plans are not exactly what they need.
On a scale of 1-10, I will give Worldwide Distributors an easy 10!!!!
